The links below are intended to accomplish several purposes. First and foremost, we hope they provide you with quality resources for helping you to relate to your grandchildren in a way which instills the best of your family heritage in them. At the same time, we want to challenge you to examine where you are today. Are the values you profess consistent with the ideology you hold and with the actions your family sees?
It comes as a surprise to many people (especially Americans) when they are confronted with inconsistences between what they think and what they say and do. You are especially encouraged to visit the Nehemiah Institute and take their sample PEERS test. Be prepared for a wake-up call! Why is this important? Your children and granchildren will see those inconsistencies much easier than you do! We all need to take inventory from time to time so we can make adjustments to our thinking when needed. Today is a good time to start.
If you would like to submit suggestions for additions to the links here, please do! We'll be glad to add those we believer are consistent with our purposes here.
